Elected second Ward Commissioner.

Elected Attorney General by the Cabildo serving until December 19, 1794. He petitions the Cabildo fpr loans for owners of houses burned in the fire of 1794. He suggests that the residences be rebuilt of ceramic and tiel construction.

Appointed the first Treasurer of the Municipal Council under mayor Etienne de Boré at the start of the American administration.

Director of the Bank of Louisiana.

Brig. General of the Corps of Veterans and Fire Engineers and an Aide-de-Camp to General Jackson during the Battle of New Orleans.

Member, Board of Directors Charity Hospital.

Dies in New Orleans, buried in St. Louis Cemetery No. 1.
